Earlier this month, the Florida Fund for Minority Teachers (FFMT) held its 18th annual Recruitment & Professional Development Symposium at Tallahassee Community College. FCT education students who are also recipients of the FFMT scholarship attended the event. The FFMT symposium is designed to give students the opportunity to interview for teaching positions in school districts from all over the state.
