The Flagler College – Tallahassee Business Administration Program prepares students for leadership and management roles in a variety of industries. Our graduates have found positions in small local firms, large national organizations, and even multinational companies. Students will complete courses in economics; law; accounting; marketing; international business; and management, all under the instruction of faculty who share real-world industry experience and provide professional networking opportunities.
Graduates will be able to create and implement management strategy; manage human, financial, and capital resources; as well as make decisions that shape organizational policy and goals that impact the economic environment within the public sector and private organizations. Students completing the program are also equipped to pursue graduate or professional studies in business or related fields.
Flagler College – Tallahassee offers both day and evening programs. Traditional day students will complete the curriculum within four semesters, and our evening program allows students to work full-time while completing one course at a time; three nights per week; for five semesters.

For a minor in marketing, students would only need four additional courses since BUS 310 & BUS 315 are part of the major requirements. These courses would typically be completed over the summer semester.
